| Terms and Conditions of Harley-Davidson KSA Service CenterWe will return all take off old parts/accessories were removed from your motorcycles. On delivery you must collect your old P/A on time of collecting your motorcycles, if not it must be collected within 7 days. Taken off P/A will be destroyed and disposed after the time period (7 Days).
Motorcycles must be collected within two days after completion of any work. Any additional work required must be approved within two days of notification. If you are unable to collect or approve additional work required, storage charges will be charged at 50SR per Day.
Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for your motorcycle condition once placed into storage/parked in Backyard of Workshop.
I/We hereby authorize the above mentioned works on the Job Card, and agree to the terms and conditions of service. Harley Davidson KSA will not be held responsible for any missing personal belongings left in the bike (saddle bag/Tourpak etc. / fitted to your motorcycle). Customer agrees for Harley Davidson KSA to make a test ride on the Motorcycle if needed.

I fully understood that the aftermarket parts and accessories that are being installed on my motorcycle by Harley-Davidson of Saudi Arabia, are not genuine Harley-Davidson/Screaming Eagle product.
I also fully understand and agree that any modifications to the original Harley-Davidson structural, electrical, engine and transmission design from its standard factory design and future defects that may occur on the aftermarket accessories and/or caused by the aftermarket accessories WILL NOT be covered by any warranty from Harley-Davidson of Saudi Arabia (M.A.Al-Mutlaq Sons Co.)/Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
Therefore, I release Harley-Davidson of Saudi Arabia (M.A.Al-Mutlaq Sons Co.) / Harley-Davidson Motor Company from any liabilities concerning the modifications to be done on my motorcycle and/or the workmanship, installation, and quality of the aftermarket products.
I also understand that due to the conditions of shipping from outside the Kingdom and the consequent delays sometimes for more than the expected period (15 days) and some parts will be made up on request could take more than 2 months (such as Tires and Painted body kit).
I agree below that I understand the policy of requesting spare parts or accessories for my bike through M.A.Al-Mutlaq Sons Co. for Trading Cont. and that I have no right to lodge a complaint against you under any circumstances.
I fully understand & agree the above mentioned in regards of the terms and conditions.

شروط وأحكام مركز خدمة هارلي دافيدسون المملكة العربية السعودية١. سوف نسلم لكم جميع قطع الغيار القديمة، في حال استلامكم الدراجتكم يجب عليكم استلام القطع المستبدلة أو المستخدمة خلال فترة لا تتجاوز سبعة أيام، وللعلم أنه سيتم إتلاف والتخلص من القطع المستبدلة أو المستخدمة بعد هذه الفترة الزمنية.
٢. يجب عليكم استلام الدراجة في غضون يومين بعد الانتهاء من العمل بها. يجب الموافقة على أي عمل إضافي في غضون يومين من الإشعار، إذا لم تكن قادراً على الاستلام أو الموافقة للعمل الإضافي سوف يتم فرض رسوم تخزين الموقف وذلك يبلغ خمسون ٥٠ ريال لليوم الواحد ونفيدكم أننا غير مسؤولين عن حالة الدراجة الخاصة بك بمجرد وضعها في المواقف لدينا.
٣. بموجبه أوافق على الأعمال المذكورة على بطاقة العمل للدراجة وأوافق على أحكام وشروط الخدمات.
٤. هارلي دافيدسون المملكة العربية السعودية لن تكون مسؤولة عن أي متعلقات شخصية مفقودة في الدراجة المتواجدة بداخل الحقيبة الجانبية أو الخلفية.
٥. أوافق بقيام موظفي هارلي دافيدسون المملكة العربية السعودية بجولة اختبار على دراجتي إذا لزم الأمر.
أنا أتفهم التالي:
فهمت فهماً تاماً بأن قطع الغيار والإكسسوارات التي أرغب بتركيبها في دراجتي النارية بواسطة هارلي دافيدسون المملكة العربية السعودية هي ليست من إنتاج هارلي دافيدسون أو الشركات التابعة لها.
أيضاً فهمت فهماً تاماً ووافقت على أن أي تعديلات تجرى على هيكل أو غير مطابقة لتصميم ومعايير المصنع أو العيوب والأعطال التي قد تنشأ نتيجة استخدام القطع أو الإكسسوارات الغير أصلية أو الغير منتجة من شركة هارلي دافيدسون تكون غير مغطاة بواسطة الضمان سواء من هارلي ديفيدسون السعودية (شركة أبناء محمد علي المطلق) وشركة هارلي ديفيدسون المصنع.
عليه فإنني بموجب هذا أعفي هارلي ديفيدسون السعودية (شركة أبناء محمد علي المطلق وشركة هارلي ديفيدسون المصنع) من جميع المسئوليات بخصوص التعديلات التي تجري على دراجتي النارية سواء جودة العمل أو جودة التركيب أو جودة قطع الغيار.
وأيضاً أتفهم كلياً نظراً لظروف الشحن خارج المملكة وما يترتب عليها في بعض الأحيان لأكثر من المدة المتوقعة (١٥ يوماً) وقد تصل مدة الطلب بعض القطع التي تصنع خصيصاً إلى أكثر من شهرين كالكفرات والقطع المصبوغة (البدي كت).
أقر أنا الموقع أدناه أنني فهمت سياسة طلب قطع غيار أو إكسسوارات دراجتي عن طريق شركة أبناء محمد علي المطلق للتجارة والمقاولات وأنه لا يحق لي التقديم بشكوى لأي ظرف من الظروف.
أنا أفهم وأوافق تماماً على جميع الشروط والأحكام المتواجدة أعلاه.
